Three days ago I sent you a link to the AI Secrets Challenge. Monday the room was full of curious people. Tuesday it was full of curious people who actually did the work. Today, the room gets smaller.

Here's what I've seen in the last two days:

A woman in the implementation group rebuilt her entire email sequence in 90 minutes using prompts Russell walked us through — work she'd been putting off for four months.

One of the affiliate marketers in the room (not me) posted his Day 1 ad results in the chat yesterday. Real numbers. Real spend. Real return. He was the one who almost didn't sign up Sunday night.

A small business owner in Texas said the quiet part out loud: "I have been the most expensive hire my business ever made."

I sat in that chair for two years. The chair where you're the marketing department, the copy department, the funnel department, the ad department, and the "figure out what to post today" department. You're not bad at it. You're just tired of it.
