Hey — quick Tuesday note.

Yesterday I sat in the first 90 minutes of the AI Secrets Challenge. Then I went and did the work for another two hours. Then I came back to the group chat and watched five other people post their Day 1 builds.

The most useful 90 minutes I've spent this year.

Not because the content was magic. Because I had been carrying the same marketing load by myself for two years — copy, funnels, sequences, content, ads, repeat — and in one session I could see how much of it I was doing the hard way. The exact ways. With the exact tools I already pay for.

Here's the part I want you to know.

Days 3–5 are private. Registrants only.

If you've been on the fence about this, that line is the one that matters. The first two days are open. The last three — where the actual system gets built — happen behind a door only paying attendees walk through.

The cart stays open through Friday. But the room doesn't fill back up after Wednesday.
